(1) For the physical quantity power, the Fiji legal unit of measurement is the watt, symbol W.
(2) The watt is the power used when work is done or energy is expended at the rate of one joule per second.
(3) When not in use for trade, permitted multiples and submultiples of the watt are the units specified in Table 17.
